Super overloads are the best stat boosting potions available in RuneScape. As with all potions it is made with the Herblore skill. A Herblore level of 120 is required to create the potion and since the potion is untradeable, not many players have to ability to obtain them. They provide and extremely high boost to a players Attack, Strength, Defence, Magic, Ranged and Constitution. By making the potion the player will receive 2,000 Herblore exp.
The potion is created by using an Overload with a Clean fellstalk. After the potion is made, players will receive 3 doses of the potion. When consumed, a super overload gives a boost of 25% for Attack, Strength, Ranged, Magic and Defence and it also boosts the players max lp up by 2000, but only for a total of seven minutes. This boost is repeated every 10 seconds during the 7 minutes, so if a player's stats are below their normal value (such as after drinking Saradomin brew), then they will reach the maximum boosted values after sufficient 10 second periods.
These boosts allow players to reach previously unseen level highs of 150 Attack, Strength, Defence, Magic and Ranged all at once with starting skill levels of 120.
