The Sentient Squids were a mysterious clan of sentient cephalopods (octopi, squid etc.) with origins unknown.

The Squids appeared at Gielinor in the year 185 of the Fifth Age. They are now trapped on the planet. They also acquired a boat, called The Devastation. The boat is encrusted with barnacles and other sea creatures, with the ability to go underwater.
