Purple Dragons are dragons more dangerous than Orange Dragons and Yellow Dragons. Their drop of Purple dragonhide can be used to make Purple dragonhide armour, though this armour set requires 90 ranged to wear. They can be found in Carmadon Dungeon in the first half of the dungeon, just past the Orange Dragons, and along the Draconic Coast. Despite their description, they can NOT be found on Lunar Isle. They are the last enemies in the first half of Carmadon Dungeon. They are known for dropping Dragon crossbow limbs used to make Dragon crossbows (with 98 fletching). The Dragon crossbow requires 75 ranged to wield.
