Hell was a pocket dimension outside the known Runiverse. Angeror created it, and dwelled there when he had "free time".
Hell was fiery and full of lava, as based on the real thing (no dead evil souls dwell here, they just go to the Eternal Void).
Deathworms lived here, with their various hives stretching across the horrible landscape. Kalgar came here when he died, to act as "caretaker". (RP: Souls of the Damned)
