The Frost giant is a powerful foe, and a more powerful cousin of the Ice giant. They used to be only present in the Frozen Waste Plateau, but in a recent addition, some were added to the Asgarnian Ice Caves.

The frost giant has 2 attacks. One is its melee attack. It also has a ranged attack. It will hurl pieces of rock at you. Its max from melee is 296, but its ranged attack can hit up to 345. It is a very powerful opponent, and 43 Prayer is heavily recommended.
