The dragon throwing axe is a level 60 Ranged thrown weapon, and the strongest throwing axe tied with the corrupt dragon throwing axe. Players can get it from the Ranging Guild for 1,000 gp each, from killing monsters, or by trading with another player.

The dragon throwing axe has a special attack called Parasite, which it shares with its corrupted counterpart. When used it drains a random skill of the target, even non-combat skills, and the damage of damage done is drained from the skill and given to the player. It requires 100% adrenaline.
