One of the most valueable and strongest weapons. Forged by the mighty wizards and warriors of the Truthseeker clan, making it have the ability to break through armor.

This is the first item that has 2 special attacks. The player can select between the two when using a special attack.

The first special attack is called Guardian Slash. The Guardian Slash will block the next attack no matter what. It will deal up to 25 damage to the opponent and will heal you for 30 health. After using this special attack, you will gain the Guardian Effect for 30 seconds. The Guardian Effect heals you for 5 health every 3 seconds and recharges 1 prayer point every 5 seconds. At the end of the effect, it will heal you for 20 health and grant you 10 prayer points. This special attack drains 100% of your special energy.

The second special attack is called Warlord's Strike. The Warlord's strike will grant you the Berserking Effect and a damage bonus of 30% for the next two hits. The Berserker Effect will be in effect for 15 seconds. Every 2 seconds, you will be dealt 1 damage. Throughout the effect you will deal 10% more damage. During the last 3 seconds, you will do 20% more damage.

== Walkthrough ==
Talk to King Roald to start.

After you talk to Roald, he will tell you to talk to Halt Crowley, head of the Misthalin Intelligence Agency. When you talk to Halt, he will tell you about how CASOLE ( Asgarnian spy agency ) is getting sneakier. He asks for you to get into their base. The CASOLE base is located under a trapdoor in the White Knights Castle. Once in the base, walk a few spaces to the left until you get to a desk. Search it and you will find a note from Sir Amik Varze to the CASOLE leader. The note gives orders for CASOLE to undermine Misthalin's economy. Return to Halt and give him the note. 4 Asgarnian spies will appear and you will have to kill them. The spies all use bronze swords. After killing them, Halt will give you the reward for the quest.

The reward for the quest is a genie lamp granting 300 xp in any skill, and 400 coins.

== Uses ==
The Panmagi Rune is an extremely useful rune. It can change into 3 runes of the same type. The Panmagi Rune can also be used to teleport to Varrock. If you change the rune into water runes, you will get 20 water runes. If you change the rune into air runes you will get 10 air runes.

== How to Make a Panmagi Rune ==
To make a Panmagi Rune, you must have 80 magic, 80 runecrafting, 2 air runes, 11 water runes, and 10,000 coins(first time only).

#Go to the Wizard Tower and talk to any of the wizards. Pay them 10,000 coins to buy the secret plans. Read them.
#Use 2 air runes on a pure essence. You will gain a purer essence.
#Use 1 water rune on a purer essence. You will gain a purified essence.
#Go to the location listed in the secret plans(Law Rune Altar). Use the purified essence on the altar.
#You will be teleported to the Omni-Altar in the Spirit Realm.
#Use the purified essence on the Omni-Altar. You will be teleported to the real realm near the Ourania Altar and you will have a over-charged essence.
#Use the over-charged essence on the Ourania Altar.
#You should now have a Blazing Essence.
#Go to the Water Altar and use it on the Altar. (as said in the secret plans)
#You should now have a Cooled Essence.
#Right-click on the Essence and press "Enchant-X".
#You will now have a Panmagi Rune.
For time efficiency, save up on purified essence then go to the Omni-Altar. After getting a large amount of Blazing Essence, start doing runs to the Water Altar. Finally, when you have all your Cooled Essence, you can enchant them all.

Using the air runes on the pure essence will give you 10 magic experience a rune.

Using the water rune on the purer essence will give you 10 magic experience a rune.

Over-Charging a purified essence will give you 10 runecrafting experience an essence.

Turning a Over-Charged Essence into a Blazing essence will give you 10 runecrafting experience an essence.

Cooling a Blazing Essence will give you 25 runecrafting experience an essence.

Enchanting a Cooled Essence will give you 25 magic experience a rune.

In total, each Panmagi Rune will give you 45 magic experience and 45 runecrafting experience.

#You will have to smith two braces using a furnace. You will gain a pair. There is a 50% chance that you will fail.
#Go to the monastery and talk to one of the monks about Graseer Metal. They will bless your braces for a donation of 10,000 coins.

#After getting 10 tanned shards, use a needle and thread on one. Choose the "underlayer" option. You will receive a underlayer. Make 2 underlayers(each take 5 shards). There is a 10% chance you will fail.
#Go back to the tanner in the Crafting Guild and talk to him about the underlayer. He will ask you to pay him 5,000 to tan the one underlayer. Let him tan only 1 underlayer. He has a 20% chance to fail and he will not refund the money.
#After getting a tanned underlayer and a underlayer, combine them to make a rough cape using a needle and thread.
#Talk to the tanner again. He will say that you will need Golden Thread. You can make the golden thread by getting a thread and using yellow dye on it or you can buy it from him for 100 gp. Use this thread and a needle on the rough cape. You will receive a trimmed rough cape. You have a 10% chance to fail and you will get a ruined cape.

King Roald ordered the massarce because he felt it was for Misthalin's good. Most citizens wanted revenge because of the property damage Asgarnia caused them back in the Misthalin-Asgarnia war of 167. The murders were painful and gross. The POWs were given choices for their death: to be sent to the gallows, be strangled to death, be burned at the stake, or to be killed by a mob of citzens. Although all picked the gallows, only a few actually went because Misthalin beleived in efficiency and it would take weeks to murder 3,000 men by hanging. When Asgarnia asked for a reason, King Roald said that the people, not him, forced him to do that.
